In the event that your National Driving License (which must be valid for at least one year) does not match any of the above requirements, a valid International Driving License (IDL) is required along with your National Driving License. (The International Diploma may still be valid for one day!)
– Personal credit card. (It takes place before the approval of the Guarantee which is necessary for the rental of a vehicle).

It is very important on collection that you check the car and report any damage already on it to avoid a damage charge from a previous rental. You will be asked to sign on receipt and return of the car a relevant proof document for any existing damage to the car.
You need the written approval of Aegean Rent Greece to drive its car outside the Greek borders. The costs of granting a Green Card and roadside assistance are borne by you.
Once you have completed your booking, you will be sent a confirmation message with your booking number and rental details. If you need to amend or cancel your booking, please go to our website and follow the instructions.

Yes, you can, but you will need to pay for an additional driver’s insurance and both drivers’ licenses must be presented when picking up the car.
The vehicle will be delivered full of fuel and must be returned full. Otherwise, you will be charged for the fuel consumed* as well as €12.40 for refueling.

If you wish to keep the car longer than the period you have already agreed upon, you should contact the car pick-up branch so that a rental extension can be made in the Rental Agreement.
It is forbidden to load cars onto a ship without the written approval/consent of Aegean Rent. In case of such an inter-island rental, you must return the car to the pick-up branch, otherwise all transport costs will be borne by you. In case of mechanical breakdown or accident, you are obliged to transport the car to one of our branches (outside the island) at your own expense.
